Arcspace article here, with previously unseen plans and site plans, looks a lot closer to the DAM HAM than I thought it would be, I think I'm going to like the stark juxtaposition.
Past posts on the CSM here, here, and here.
And if you are in Portland tonight check out the Cloepfil-Gragg interview where the architect Brad Cloepfil may discuss the project.

More on Brad Cloepfil
The architect slated to design the new Clyfford Still Museum in Denver gets the Metropolis treatment.
“I think it is changing. The cultural shift of the last ten years that has elevated architecture so high is now becoming more diverse. The culture is becoming more confident about architecture, and demanding more. And I think the next ten years will be really interesting.” - Cloepfil

Clyfford Still Museum - Art Preview in Denver
"I can't get too specific, but it's starting to come together," said architect Brad Cloepfil, who in November 2006 won the commission to design a home for Still's work on Bannock Street next to Daniel Libeskind's Frederic C. Hamilton Building.
"It's the most exciting building I've ever worked on," Cloepfil, of Allied Works Architecture, said recently from his office in New York. "It's a big dynamic time. We haven't pinned down materials, but we're getting ahold of the quality of space the work will inhabit."
Clyfford Still Unveiled: Selections from the Estate opens on Saturday with a gallery talk at 11am by Dean Sobel, Director, Clyfford Still Museum at the DAM HAM Building and will showcase some of Still's work. Denver residents enjoy free admission to the museum this Saturday and Sunday!
The new Still Museum will open in 2010 right next to Dozen's for breakfast or grab a drink across the street from Pint's Pub .
